The process depends on where you purchased your subscription. We sell our subscription in the New Omvana app, currently available for iOS only (Android coming soon).
iTunes App Store: Apple handles all billing for in-app purchases made on iOS devices. Customers who subscribed to Omvana through iTunes will need to reach out to Apple directly with any requests. They usually are able to honor these requests within 30 days of the purchase date, but it's at their full discretion. In case you have purchased your subscription in other place than not on the iOS app, you can contact us by clicking on the messenger icon in the bottom-right corner of your screen.
