Please note that Omvana´s agents or team are not able to cancel a trial or subscription on your behalf as the transaction is handled by Apple & Google Play.

To cancel your subscription, you will need to access the Google Play or Apple Store account settings on your device. For that, follow the instructions below:

Apple:

How to see or cancel subscriptions on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

1-Open the Settings app.

2-Tap your name.

3-Tap Subscriptions.

4-Tap the subscription that you want to manage.

5-On the Omvana subscription screen, tap the "Cancel Subscription" button.

Google Play:

Cancel a subscription on the Google Play store:

1-On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store.

2-Check if you're signed in to the correct Google Account.

3-Tap Menu. Subscriptions.

4-Select the subscription you want to cancel.

5-Tap Cancel subscription.

6-Follow the instructions.

** If you do not see the "Cancel Subscription" button, It means that it has already been cancelled and no further action is needed.**

Once the subscription has been cancelled, you will no longer see a cancel button. You can see the date of expiry under the app and subscription's title in the Your Subscription section of the page. Below, under Options what you see are plans available for you to renew.
